Returns & Exchanges Policy
- All returns/exchanges must have a valid reason. (Size Only)
- Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
- You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges. Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs.
- You have 7 days to initiate a return/exchange. Once your exchange/return has been confirmed, the item must be received within 7 days.
- Please allow 2-3 days from the time we receive your return/exchange to be processed depending on the volume of returns at that time.
- Typically orders are delivered in 2-7 days after the order is shipped. {Please allow us 2 business days to process the order. (Please note that shipping might vary depending on location or other factors.}
